Team Wreckage…

…training has begun. I’ve come up with a new training program that I call “team wreckage” training. It’s hardcore cardio training, quick circuit training followed by ab work and finished with boxing or jujitsu. I plan to use it to drop from 80.29KG/177Lbs to 73.5KG/162.5Lbs.

The training consists of 45 minutes of cardio, 45 minutes of circuit weight training, 20 minutes of AB work, 20 minutes of boxing or 30 minutes of jujitsu and finally another 15 minutes of cardio.  It should do the trick in the weight loss and get cut up department. I’m expecting to start to see results within the next few weeks.
